Michelle Mabie - President

TCSG appointed Michelle President in January 2010. A true believer in government's obligation to serve "the people," Michelle enthusiastically promotes TCSG's core service of direct voter communication.

Michelle was recently appointed Vice President of the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) Western Region Chapter.  Her career history includes financial planning analysis for the Price Company in the 1980s. In the 1990's she founded and operated PDH Computer Training, a technical center coaching San Diego law firms on proprietary legal billing systems and automated legal documents. She launched The Mabie Marketing Group's voter outreach division in 1995. 



Michelle has always been a political and civic activist. She has served her local community as Area Chairperson to pass Prop U, a successful school bond measure.  She worked on Penny Ranftle and Linda Vanderveen,'s School Board Election campaigns.  Served as President of the Painted Rock School Foundation, Vice President of Poway High School Boosters and Board of Directors for Poway Youth Sports Association. Additionally, she serves as Chairman and advisor for countless fundraising events in the Poway Unified School District.

Samantha Tremble – Vice President of Operations

Samantha has more than a decade of call center management experience. She oversees three call center locations, working closely with all company directors to deliver excellent customer service and drive superior performance.

She provides key leadership in the areas of employee development, client satisfaction, planning, strategy development, budgeting and implementation. She is a talented troubleshooter whose quick ability to implement successful plans and process improvements which continues to move the call center to higher levels of achievement.

During her tenure, the call center has handled over 100 million calls and has successfully serviced hundreds of clients. She has worked across a range of markets, including but not limited to publishing, mortgage, political, and telecommunications. She was responsible for developing quality assurance programs; increasing productivity and accountability; and most importantly, creating a culture dedicated to service and client satisfaction.

She has created a call center vision and strategy to lead the day-to-day operations for a staff of 250 including front line agents, training and quality, client services, technical services and executive staff.

As Political Program operations director she continues to improve processes, add technology and software to streamline all aspects of TeleCampaigns to ensure overall client satisfaction.

John Mabie - CEO

Mr. Mabie founded The Mabie Marketing Group, Inc. (MMG) dba “California Marketing” in 1985. The company provides outsource call center services. MMG specializes in inbound/outbound teleservices, lead generation, consumer alerts, seminar/convention registration; market research data capture and direct sales. An entrepreneur, Mr. Mabie founded California Marketing one month after graduating college, and has presided over its continual growth ever since.

Mr. Mabie is an east coast native, born and raised in New Jersey. He came to California in 1980, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of California San Diego in 1984.

Mr. Mabie resides in Poway, a suburb of San Diego, with his wife Michelle and their two children. He is active in the community, a supporter of youth sports and an avid golfer.

Kinjal Husges – Sales and Marketing Director

With more than 10 years of experience in sales and marketing management, Kinjal has developed a keen understanding of strategic marketing analysis and implementation. She takes on projects with ownership and approaches cross platform team environments with enthusiasm and efficiency. Her strength is in working in fast paced environments that require measurable results.

Throughout her career, Kinjal has worked with senior management teams to generate relevant reporting systems and business intelligence that resulted in improved internal processes and marketing strategies.

Earning her degree in Social Ecology from the University of California Irvine, Kinjal is currently pursing in her MBA in International Business. Kinjal has been responsible for launching online customer loyalty programs that have resulted in an increase in customer retention with an emphasis on improving customer experience.

Sebio DelaPena – Senior Sales Executive

Sebio has 10 years of call center experience within four business units. He has a multi-faceted perspective of call center operations having spent time as a member of our production and client services team. His ability to successfully manage accounts over the years has been the trademark of his success.

His role with TCSG is to provide new business development and account management support. He also helps Campaign Managers and Political Consultants develop voter contact strategies that result in winning campaigns.
