The first truly innovate campaign tool since SMS text messaging! TCSG’s Video-TownHall creates a personalized one-on-one interactive experience between candidate and voter. Voters select questions (policy and personal) from pre-populated lists and/or type in their own natural language questions. Candidate answers are viewed instantly via pre-recorded video clips. Voters engage the candidate on issues/questions most meaningful to himself/herself.

VOTER ID - Identifying supporters, opposed, and undecided voters is a critical element to any campaign. Voter ID calls provide the information you need to plot your strategy and plan future efforts.

Tele-Townhall

TCSG’s teleconferencing system can reach 10,000 to 1,000,000+ constituents easily and quickly. Similar to a talk show, a recorded message invites viewers to join the conversation with their local candidate or incumbent. Participants are immediately connected to the live conversation where they can press a number to be screened to ultimately ask your speaker a question. The Campaign Solutions Group provides an easy-to-use, online system to screen and select questions.

In addition to screened questions and comments shared directly with the featured speaker, participants can respond to poll questions within the call. Results and screening information are captured in a data file, and presented in real time. Participants also have the opportunity to leave remarks at the end of the call. The Campaign Solutions Group provides audio files of all these messages and the entire call along with the tagged data including the length of each call. To increase the number of participants on the event, you may send a recorded telephone invitation a day or two ahead of time.

Blended

Tele-TownHall - A large interactive meeting that uses Robo Calling to invite thousands of constituents to connect to a live Town Hall discussion. This is an innovative and unique way to communicate with (and poll) voters by leveraging new technology. Constituents hear an automated message prompting them to connect to the Tele-Town Hall. The facilitator asks questions and gathers responses as voters register selections via their telephone keypads.

Volunteer Plus - Leverage the power of your volunteers by giving them the tools to increase production levels 250%. We offer remote predictive dialing capabilities so that your volunteers can log on from anywhere when making their calls. The average talk time when dialing a phone manually is 20 minutes out of every hour of calling. With predictive dialing you increase talk time to 46-50 minutes per hour! Using our web based Volunteer Plus platform will almost triple your volunteer production. The user friendly portal allows you to load your own data, pull reports, append responses to your voter files and give your volunteers access from anywhere.

Inbound - Are you getting the most bang for your voter outreach buck? Simply putting a toll free number or short code on your media buys and direct mail can help you identify and persuade voters.
